About Management Observatory

The objective of the Management Observatory is to popularize application of good practices in business, promote experience sharing and collaboration in managerial environment, improving vocational qualifications of Polish managers, and establishing management standards. Projects implemented within the Management Observatory are addressed at senior executives and substantially related to:

• business strategy issues, with special consideration of HRM in organizations
• continuous improvement issues, including research and analysis of an organization’s training needs, designing training schedules and analyzing the effects of investment in training
• internal and external communications
• advanced technologies
