In pursuit of its statutory goals, the Management Observatory Foundation collaborates with international organizations, enabling it to watch the global trends and implement solutions on the Polish market.

• The Management Observatory represents the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) in Poland. As the ASTD Global Partner Poland, it collaborates with ASTD in the US and with ASTD associations all over the world. This cooperation enables it to transfer verified foreign solutions, to access the world’s best experts and to participate in international projects. The Management Observatory is supported in its operations by ASTD Global Network Poland, an association of professionals involved in training and consulting, having several tens of members in Poland.

  ASTD (American Society for Training & Development) is the world’s largest association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals. ASTD’s members come from more than 100 countries and connect locally in almost 140 U.S. chapters and 25 Global Networks. Members work in thousands of organizations of all sizes, in government, as independent consultants, and suppliers.

• The Management Observatory is a member of the International Federation of Training and Development Organisations (IFTDO), comprising more than 500,000 HR professionals from over 50 countries. The mission of the IFTDO, i.e. supporting associated organizations in the process of establishing and development of human resources management strategies through knowledge sharing systems in the global contact network, learning new skills and implementing recognized technologies, is closely related to the mission of the Management Observatory, enabling them to establish wide-ranged international contacts in order to jointly realize that mission.
